The
story of the Bloodsquad started at the Halloween edition of
the Dutch fetish party Boudoir Bizarre in 2007. Peter
Diablow and Amarantha
La Blanche both arrived at
the party in bloody outfits. After a bloody fun time smearing
other guests of the party with blood, they decided they should
do this at other parties aswell and not just for Halloween,
but just for fun.
Together with Manyu,
Mari Kitten
and a few others they planned to recreate the blood smearing
ritual at the next cyber gothic party in Utrecht, but since
Amarantha was held up from that party by a photoshoot the
bloodfeast was postponed until December.
The night of the 21st of December German Noize band FabrikC
played at Cyberia, FabrikC's headman Thorsten was impressed
when the blood started flowing in the crowd and he paused
his show to ask the 4 who caused the bloodletting to come
on stage. By this time the Bloodsquad and it's name was official.
After
that the bloodsquad with members Amarantha,
Manyu,
Mari Kitten
and P.Diablow
started to appear regularly and trash parties such as Cyberia,
Freitag and the Fabrik show at Paradiso in 2008 with the infamous
bloodpuke and bloodspitting. When the Swiss Industrial band
Yade played in Arnhem (Netherlands) in June of 2008, Mari
Kitten and Manyu
replaced the keyboard players of the band, who were injured
in a carcrash earlier that week, this was also great promotion
for the squad. By August of 2008 the reputation was set and
the Bloodsquad started doing gigs as walkaround acts and catering
crew. By Halloween of that year they combined their performance
talents of the past (being stage performers, dancers and actors
for short films) and started working on stage shows.
The first official show was at 'De Boterwaag' in The Hague
together with the Mad Sinners (Herr Stitch, Miss Kimmy &
Dr.Mad). After that success they were booked for Obscene,
where they blew the fetish crowd away with their "Gore
Geisha Show".

Wasteland, Kamasutra beurs Utrecht and Fetish Sins in 2009.

the Death")

WHY
SNOOD?
Peter Diablow and Amarantha La BLanche used the term "Snood"
to describe their surprise acts of bloodpuking, bloodspitting
and smearing innocent party people full with blood. When the
"Snood" word was dropped it was a warning that a
surprise attack was in the making. The term "Snood"
was borrowed from King Jaap (from the Dutch reality soap "De
Gouden Kooi"), who used it to announce his plans of terror.

DRINK:
On Halloween we continued the secret tradition of 2008 with
Miss Suzn, the shared drink by spitting tradition, which started
after the first Cultus Party of Ancilla Tilia. As a punishment
for Amarantha after not showing up at the party she said she
would show up at, Peter Diablow gave Suzn a mission, she found
Amarantha at The Fetish Evolution party in Essen and spitted
her drink in Amarantha's mouth (which was loved by the people
at the party) after this we continued this ritual as a tradition
whenever the Bloodsquad and Miss Suzn meet. Does it save money
on drinks? Not really, even though the drink gets shared by
more than one person, a lot gets spilled aswell, and more
drinks get bought and/or offered to see the crazy little act
again.

BLOODPUKE:
Initiated by Miss La Blanche, any unexpected person sitting
around can catch a hot load of warm fake blood to the face
puked out by a bloodsquad member.
BLOODSPIT:
The bloodspit is pretty much the same, but not necessarily
to the face, this can be anywhere on the body and it's by
a real spit, not in a puking way.
